Donald "Don" Edward Harris

Harris, Donald Edward "Don" - Passed away peacefully at the Woodstock Hospital on Friday, November 22nd, 2019 in his 82nd year.  Loving husband of Brenda. Cherished father of William (Nancy) Harris and Carl (Lori) Harris. Proud grandfather of David, Alex and Eli. Dear brother of Ilene Crane and Floyd Harris. Predeceased by his beloved wife Ada Harris and his brother Alvin Harris. Survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family. Don was a proud member of the Midlander Drum and Bugle Corp.  and a long-time member of Dundas Street United Church.  He was a dedicated volunteer for the VON- Meals on Wheels program and an avid fan of late model racing. Don was also a long-time member of the Men of Praise. Friends and relatives are invited to join the family on Tuesday, November 26th for visitation from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock. The Funeral Service will be held the following day, Wednesday November 27th, at 2:00 at the Dundas St. United Church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to Dundas St. United Church would be appreciated and may be arranged through the funeral home.
