Frances Arlene (De Montmorency) Johnston

JOHNSTON Frances Arlene (nee De Montmorency)- Passed away peacefully at the Woodstock Hospital on September 24th, 2019 in her 87th year.  Beloved wife of the late Elmer Johnston (2008).  Loving mother of Graham (Joanne), Bruce (Deb), Kim (Mark) Stephens and Scott (Cathy) Johnston.  Cherished grandmother of Tammy, Laura, Jamie (Vincent), Lindsay (Tony), Kyle (Vanessa) and Chad.  Dear great-grandmother to Justin, Alex, Abbey, Parker, Elizabeth, Benjamin, Madeline, Alexander and  special aunt to Carol Corkish and Susan Livesey. Survived by several nieces and nephews.  Predeceased by her granddaughter Kristy (James) Johnston (2010), her brothers George and Gilbert De Montmorency, and sister-in-law Kathleen Roi (2009). Frances loved to garden and took great pride in conducting garden tours. Friends and relatives are invited for a time of visitation at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home,  845 Devonshire Avenue Woodstock, ON  (539-539-0004) on Friday, September 27th, 2019 from 10:00 am - 11:00 am., where the service will be held in the chapel at 11:00am.  If desired memorial contributions to the Woodstock Hospital Palliative Care Unit or a charity of one's choice would be appreciated and may be arranged through the funeral home.  Personal online condolences at www.brockandvisser.com
