Joseph Rene Fernand "Rene" Brisson

BRISSON, Rene - Peacefully with his family by his side at McGarrell Place, London, on Wednesday, December 25, 2019. At the age of 86. Predeceased by his wife of 50 years, Carol Brisson (nee Carnahan).  Loving Father of Denise Brisson and Paul (Audrey) Brisson. Cherished brother of Lucette Brisson (the late L.M. Boullianne). Predeceased by his brothers Joseph-Edmond Brisson (Fernande), Gerard Brisson (Marie-Paul), Real Brisson (Monique) and sister Rose-Helene (Germain) Brisson. He will also be sadly missed by his brothers-in-law; Jim Carnahan and Mark (Brenda) Carnahan.  Survived by many nieces and nephews who will remember their Uncle Rene fondly. Friends and relatives are invited to celebrate Rene’s life at the Beaty Room at the Thamesford Public Library, 165 Dundas St. W., Thamesford on Saturday February 1st. from 1:00pm  to 3:00pm. Cremation has taken place. Interment took place in the Zion Hill 7th Line Cemetery, Thamesford. If desired, memorial contributions to the Alzheimer Society or a charity of your choice would be appreciated and may be arranged through the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, Thamesford Chapel, 519-285-2427.
