Barbara Blott, born on March 28, 1940, in Bradford, England and passed away peacefully on June 14, 2026, at Sakura House. She leaves behind a legacy of love, dedication, and cherished memories that have deeply touched her family and all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Barbara was the devoted spouse of Harry, with whom she shared 66 years of marriage—a testament to their enduring commitment and companionship. Their union was a cornerstone of strength and affection, inspiring all who witnessed their partnership.

She was a loving mother to three children: Lorraine Wubben (John), Janet Cowing (Roger), and John Blott (Michele). Her nurturing spirit and unwavering support helped shape their lives in profound ways.

Barbara’s warmth extended to her grandchildren, who will remember her kindness and wisdom fondly. Her grandchildren include Matt Wubben (Alicia), Angela Johnson (Kacy), Dana Jancsar (Zack), Jackie Webb (Justin), Gina Cowing (Darrel Benbow), and Derek Cowing (Katie). Their bond with Barbara was marked by shared joys and treasured moments that spanned generations.

The great-grandchildren brought her great happiness, embodying the continuation of her family’s story. She is survived by Ellena, Kade, Hendrik, Bryson, Avery, Declan, Rhys, Liam, Hudson, Taylor, Abby, Sophie, Warren, Evan, Claire, Elise, Ethan, and Emery—each carrying a part of Barbara’s legacy forward.

Barbara Blott’s life was one of steadfast love and remarkable dedication to her family. Her memory will be cherished by all who knew her, and her influence will continue to resonate through the lives she touched.

She will be remembered with respect, honor, and deep affection by her surviving family: her beloved husband Harry, her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren who carry her spirit in their hearts.

A Memorial Service will be Friday, June 19, 2026, at 11 am at Brock and Visser Funeral Home (845 Devonshire Ave.)
