Bonnie Lee (Goodrich) Corry

CORRY, Bonnie Lee (nee Goodrich)- Gone to be with her Lord and Saviour at the Woodstock Hospital on Tuesday, August 13th, 2019, in her 78th year. Beloved wife of the late Allan Corry. Bonnie is survived by her cousin Carol Newman and her nieces Janice and Dana Goodrich, which she was honored with being their godmother, and by her many aunts and uncles. Predeceased by both her parents, Harold and Ilene (nee Laur) Goodrich, infant brother Gary (1941) and her brother Donald Marton. Bonnie will forever be missed by her close and best friend Helen Danyer. Bonnie had a passion for teaching and enjoyed her many years teaching grades 2 to 10. She was active in her church, Oxford Baptist Church, where she developed many wonderful and lifelong friendships, as well as meeting so many great pastors. Bonnie was so incredibly proud of her late husband’s achievements in the Aero Space Programs, where he managed the team that built the Canadarm. Friends and relatives are invited to join the family at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock (519-539-0004), on Friday, August 16th, 2019 from 6 to 8 pm. Bonnie’s Celebration of Life will be held at Oxford Baptist Church, 278 Hunter St. on Saturday, August 17th, 2019 at 11:00 AM with Reverend Robin Pifer officiating.
