Charles Kenneth “Ken” Pratt, born April 3, 1936, in Woodstock, Ontario, passed away peacefully at Sakura House on June 26, 2026, in his 91st year.

Ken was the beloved son of the late James Earl Pratt and Nellie Aileen Pratt, and brother to the late Donald Earl Pratt. He is the cherished uncle to Marion (Minh), great uncle of Rebecca, Victoria, and Braiden, and great-great uncle to 5 nephews. He will be remembered by his first cousins Ann, Ruth, Brian, Stephen, Carl, and Loreen, and by his good friend George.

Ken had a profound love for farming, a passion that would shape both his character and his legacy. In his younger years, his heart belonged to the land and the animals under his care. Ken was especially known for his devotion to Ayrshire cows, their distinctive red and white coats always a source of pride and joy. Horses also held a special place in his life, and he enjoyed being a part of the trail riders. In his later years, he took joy in flower gardens, collectables, caring for his cats, and driving his car.

A graveside service is being held at the Baptist Cemetery, 349 Vansittart Ave., Woodstock, on Thursday, July 2, 2026, at 3:00 pm. All are welcome to join the family.
