C. Wray Gibson

GIBSON, Wray - Passed away suddenly at the Woodstock Hospital on Wednesday, February 26, 2020, at the age of 84. Loving father of Mark (2011) Gibson, Jayne Gibson, and Cherie (Troy) Gibson. Cherished grandfather of Madison (Brandon) Wierenga, Brian Maycock, Quinn, Lucas, Tanner, Cody, and Avery Gibson, Kadi (Korey) Hodgins, and Nolan Hutchison. Great grandfather of Kloe and Kaine Hodgins, and Ashton Wierenga. Wray is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family. Wray was a loved teacher from 1967 to 1995 at Huron Park Secondary School. After retirement he stayed active in the Southgate Senior Centre, Toast Masters, and in many musical and theatre groups such as Wise Guys & Gals. At Wray’s request, no service will be taking place.
