Doreen Lillian Fordham (nee Neabel)

Back in the arms of her beloved, we sadly announce the passing of Doreen Lillian Fordham (nee Neabel) at Woodstock Hospital on December 27th, 2024, in her 90th year. A devoted housewife, mother, and grandmother who will be remembered by her nurturing and caregiving mannerism. A woman dedicated to loving those around her until the very end. Forever in the hearts of her daughters Cheryl Grier, Lori Fordham (Ken), Susan Honcoop (Richard) and four grandchildren Nicole, Kenzie, Rachel, and Carter. Dear sister to David (Eleanor) and John (Trudy). She will fondly be remembered by her in-laws and extended family.

Predeceased by her late husband Gordon, parents Violet and Bertrum, brothers Don, Leslie, Paul, and sisters Margaret, Doris, and Linda.

Doreen had quite an infectious laugh, a sound that will linger in our thoughts forever. She had always been a very particular lady, making sure nothing in her house was ever out of place, the same can be said about making us all feel welcomed within her presence. A kind and gentle soul until the very end.

A private family service and burial has taken place.
