Fred William Pepper, born on September 11, 1939, in Woodstock, Ontario, passed away peacefully at Woodstock Hospital on February 24, 2026, at the age of 86. Fred was a beloved member of his community and a cherished family man.

Fred is survived by his wife, Dianne Pepper (nee Wavell), and their loving children, Linda Pepper-Wybo, Brian Pepper, and his cherished grandchildren, Rachel and Julia Wybo. He is also survived by his brother, David Pepper, who remembers him fondly.

Throughout his life, Fred was not only a dedicated family member but also an active participant in community activities. He was a proud member of the Masonic Lodge Mercer Wilson, dedicating his time and efforts to serve and enrich the lives of those around him.

Friends and family are invited to pay their respects during the visitation scheduled for Friday, February 27, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, followed by a funeral service from 11:00 AM. Both services will take place at the Brock & Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004
