Jack passed away peacefully at Woodstock Hospital on January 5, 2025, at the age of 74. Father of Tina Kuchocki. Grandfather of Kayla and Mariska. Great-grandfather of Colton. Brother of Gail VanHout. Jack was predeceased by his parents Charles and Abigail McAllister as well as brothers Robert and Ron, and son Shawn. Cremation has taken place and a private family interment will be held at a later date. Donations in memory of Jack can be made to MS Society.
