James Robert Lafrance

James Robert Lafrance, born on March 29, 1970, in Woodstock, Ontario, passed suddenly on December 16, 2025. He was a cherished son, brother, uncle, and friend who left an indelible mark on all who knew him.

James was the loving son of Charlene and Robert Lafrance and is survived by his brothers, Brian Lafrance and Shawn Lafrance (Rachel). James was a devoted uncle to his nieces and nephews: Caelan, Ethan, Jenna, Violet, and Hudson.

James was known for his warm heart, generous spirit, and infectious smile. He will be remembered fondly by his family and friends, who will celebrate his life and the many ways he touched theirs.

Cremation has taken place, with a private service happening in the spring. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation
