James Adrian Oud

James (Jim) Adrian Oud of Woodstock, Ontario, long time resident of Tillsonburg, passed away peacefully on Jan 1st, 2026 surrounded by his loving sons after a battle with cancer. Jim was 71 when he passed. 

Proceeding Jim in death were his parents, Adrian Gerald and Catharina Johanna (Sym) Oud of Tilsonburg. Also proceeding Jim in death was the love of his life Kim (Brooks) Oud who passed in 2020. 

Jim was an avid golfer and road warrior, trucking for many years. Jim loved watching hockey with his good friend and mother-in-law Shirley Smithers. Jim loved his family and will be greatly missed. 

Jim leaves behind three sons, Scott (Patti) Oud of Okotoks, AB, James (Amber) Oud of Fostoria, OH and Ryan Oud of Woodstock, Ontario. Jim leaves behind four grandchildren as well, Amelia, Laura, Gregory and Morgan. 

Jim unselfishly donated his body to research in the hopes to help others fight, and find a cure for cancer. 

Memorial contributions may be made to the London University Medical Research Lab. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
