Jo passed away peacefully in her 92nd year surrounded by her family at Woodstock hospital on April 21st, 2026.

Born in Woodstock, Ontario, to George Russell “Pat” Kerr and Cathleen Rose “Kay” Kerr (nee Hodigo) on May 22, 1934, Jo leaves behind a legacy of much love and treasured memories. Jo was predeceased by her husband of more than 40 years, Trevor, and her sister Judy. Jo is survived by her sister June and brother Gary (Susan), her children Kathy (Glen) Finch, Robin (Naz) Wilkins, Keith (Holly) Craven, and her stepchildren Michael Craven, Karen Gibbs and Tina Scott. She was the cherished grandmother of Stephen, Raven, Deven, Nigel, Erren, Megen, and many others in Saskatchewan.

By singing and dancing, playing games with her family, and having many tea parties with her grandchildren, Jo proved that laughter was the key to a long and happy life. She loved the outdoors. She walked the Bruce Trail with her sister Judy, and kayaked at her cottage in Stokes Bay, where she spent many happy summers with Trevor and her family. Jo was adventurous and enjoyed travelling to new places across Canada, the United States, and the British Isles.

She will be missed and remembered by all of her family.

The celebration of life will be held at Brock & Visser Funeral Home (845 Devonshire Ave, Woodstock, Ontario) on Friday, May 1st, 2:00-4:00 pm.
