Kee Lan "Polly" Chan, born on December 20, 1947, in Singapore, departed this world peacefully on August 2, 2025, in Woodstock, Ontario. Polly was a soul whose kindness radiated through her every interaction, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of all who knew her.

Polly's love for her husband, Lip Huat "David" Chong, was the centerpiece of her life. Their partnership was a testament to enduring love, marked by shared dreams, laughter, and unwavering support. Polly spent her days working hard, embodying resilience and dedication in every endeavor she undertook. She found joy in the beauty of flowers, always nurturing her garden with tender care, a reflection of her nurturing spirit.

Her love for travel allowed her to embrace adventure, exploring new places and creating cherished memories that will forever be treasured by her loved ones. Polly's warmth and compassion extended beyond her immediate family; she cultivated deep connections with her brother-in-law, Ricky, and sister-in-law, Sylvia, along with her beloved nephews, Dominick and Robert. The ties she fostered extended to many family and friends across Canada and Singapore, each person enchanted by her gentle heart and uplifting presence.

Polly is predeceased by her father, Guan Hin Chan, and her mother, Lee Heng Wong, who surely welcomed her with open arms in the eternal embrace of peace. As we gather to honor her life, we reflect on the beautiful moments shared, the stories told, and the love exchanged.
