Kelly Marie Gale

With heavy hearts and deep love, we announce the passing of Kelly Gale, who left us far too soon at the age of 63.

Kelly was the heart of her family and a steady presence in the lives of all who knew her. She was most proud of her family and friends and lived her life helping others, always offering her time, her ear, and her unwavering support. As a strong and passionate woman, Kelly had a rare gift for truly listening; she was non-judgemental, accepting, loving, and making everyone feel seen and valued.

Kelly was an adored wife and will be greatly missed by her husband Mark. She was a loving daughter to Janet Atkinson and predeceased by Fred Atkinson. Cherished mom to Sophie and Stephanie (2004), sister to Sonya(David), Tracey, Rick(Velle) and Myles. Kelly was an admired grandma to Tatum (Alex), Noah, Isaac, and Julianna, and great-grandma to Noah, Odessa, and Nettle. Cherished aunt to Sarah, Jessica, and Madison and many more nieces and nephews. Treasured best friend to Julie and Joanne, the 3 amigos. Her love extended beyond titles, she built deep connections and cherished relationships that will continue to shape those she leaves behind.

Kelly found joy in travelling, gardening, and reading. She devoted many years assisting the elderly as a PSW. She also spent time volunteering over the years from coaching for Woodstock Minor Baseball, years of involvement with The Woodstock Figure Skating Club and with the Special Olympics baseball and skating programs, she was always helping.

Kelly's legacy is one of compassion, strength, a listening ear and unconditional love. She will be profoundly missed, but her spirit lives on in the many lives she touched and the love she so freely gave.

Visitation and Celebration of Life will take place on December 27th from 2pm-5pm at Brock and Visser Funeral Home Burial and Cremation Services Ltd. Woodstock, Ontario
