Leslie Ann Murray

It is with profound sadness that the family of Leslie Murray announce her passing on September 21st, 2025, at the age of 54, in Woodstock, Ontario.

Leslie will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 26 years, Robert; daughters, Rachel and Kaitlin; mother, Susan Smith (Chris Smith); brother, Andrew (Ashleigh) Copeland; niece, Madyson; sister-in-law, Shelley (Terry) Cuthbert and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews. She will also be dearly missed by her friends and coworkers.

She was predeceased by her father, James Jim Copeland and her mother and father-in-law, Arthur and Edith Murray.

Leslie was born on July 19th, 1971, in Woodstock, Ontario. She graduated from Fanshawe College with a diploma in Administration. She pursued a career in trust and estate law, working at both Canada Trust and Harrison Pensa LLP.

Leslie will be remembered for the love and loyalty she expressed to those around her, and the resilience and courage with which she battled cancer to continue spending time with friends and family.

A visitation will be held at Brock & Visser Funeral Home on Thursday, September 25th, from 6 - 8 PM. The funeral service will take place at Brock & Visser Funeral Home on Friday, September 26th, at 1 PM.

Memorial donations can be made in Leslie's honour to either the Perth County Humane Society or the Oxford County Animal Rescue.
