NEAVE, Richard "Rick: W. - Passed away at his home with his family by his side on Wednesday April 3, 2019 in his 70th year. Beloved partner and best friend of Lori Wade. Dear father of six children. Loving grandfather of seven grandchildren. Cherished brother of one sister and two brothers. A private time of remembrance will take place by the family at a later date.
