In Loving Memory of Ricky Daniel Klassen

September 21, 1984 – July 30, 2025

It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of Ricky Klassen, who left us far too soon on Wednesday, July 30, 2025, at the age of 40.

Ricky was a free spirit, a wild soul who lived life on his own terms. He wore his heart on his sleeve, loved fiercely, and had a laugh that could light up any room. Always goofing around, always full of energy. Ricky didn’t just walk through life; he tore through it like a flame too hot to hold.

He leaves behind his three beautiful daughters, Rikki Nicole Klassen, Kennidi Klassen, and Vayda Klassen, who were the light of his life and the center of his world. His love for them was loud, loyal, and limitless, and that love will live on in them forever.

Ricky is deeply missed by his mother Jeanne (neeTree) Klassen (Bill), father Jake (Kelly) Klassen, and his siblings Ethan, Brandon, and Courtney. He is remembered with love by extended family, lifelong friends, and everyone who ever got caught up in his contagious spirit.

Though Ricky’s time here was short, his impact was lasting. He made people laugh, made people feel loved, and made sure he left his mark. And while our hearts are heavy, we take comfort knowing his flame still burns—especially in the night sky, where his girls now have a star shining just for them.

The family invites friends and relatives to join them at Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock (519-539-0004) on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, from 2 to 4 pm and again from 6 to 8 pm.
