SCOTT, Robert (Bob) Anderson (May 9, 1933 – December 2, 2019)- Passed in peace at Sakura House on Monday, December 2rd, 2019, after a short battle with cancer. Bob leaves behind to mourn his son, Ian Scott (Krystle) and his granddaughter Shauna Scott, along with his stepsons Ryan Roberts (Jill), Randy Roberts, Ron Roberts (Reonne), and their families. He will be always loved and missed by his sister Sheila Baker (Don – deceased) and his brother Jack Scott (Mauna). Bob is predeceased by his parents, Bessie and John Scott, son Jay Scott, and longtime beloved companion, Patricia Roberts. Bob was a member of the Canadian Armed Forces and spent his career years in sales. He was an avid member of the Woodstock Navy Club and served on a number of committees within. He loved horses and could sometimes be found placing a bet at the Woodstock Raceway. Bob was a gentle spirit with a quick sense of humour and will be deeply missed by his family and wide circle of friends. Bob’s family are accepting friends at the Woodstock Navy Club 958 James St., Woodstock, on Monday, December 9th, 2019 from 6 to 9 p.m. Donations in Bob’s memory can be made to V.O.N.
