Rocco Fuschino

With deep sorrow and love, the family of Rocco Fuschino announces his sudden passing in the early morning hours of July 27, 2025, just shy of his 91st birthday.

Born in Pesche, Molise, Italy in 1934, Rocco was a man of great strength, and integrity. He built a beautiful life rooted in love, family, and tradition. For 65

years, he was the devoted husband of Domenica Farlitto, sharing a bond that stood as a true testament to enduring love and partnership.

Rocco was predeceased by his dear parents Benito Fuschino and Domenica Petrecca, by his sister Liliana, his brothers Luigi, and Antimo. He was a brother to Alfredo and uncle to many nieces and nephews.

Rocco was the proud and deeply loved father of Benedetto (Susan Livesey), Dino (Tracey Lamb), Antonella (Bentley Bragg, predeceased), and Rossella (John Demelo). He was a cherished Nonno to Angela (Steven Blay), Valerie (Matthew Sexsmith) Lina (Aaron Webb), Andrew Fuschino, Joshua Bragg, Adam Bragg, Sarah Bragg, and Christian Demelo, and a beloved Great-Nonno to Tyler Blay, Nathan Blay and Wyatt Webb. His family was his greatest joy and he took immense pride in each of their accomplishments, always offering unconditional love.

Rocco raised a family and built a life in Canada but never forgot his hometown. He was a hard-worker. His greatest joy was making and enjoying good food and wine, gardening, and travel, especially being at a beach.

Those who knew Rocco, loved him. He had a smile that would light up a room. A friend to all.

He will be deeply missed, forever remembered, and always loved.
