PUTERMAN, Sandra Marie (nee Yacynuk)

Sandra was taken from us too soon on Tuesday, July 22, 2025 at the age of 58. Loving wife of Neil Puterman for 35 years. Much loved mother of Meagan (Scott) Graham and Courtney (Kevin) Hicks. Proud grandmother of Sullivan, Asher, Wesley and Rory.

Cherished daughter of Margaret and the late Roy Yacynuk (2008).

Dear sister of Sheri (2019), Paul (Laureen), Mike (Christie), Howard and Tracy (Graeme), and Auntie to Nathan, Holly, Madison, Jacob, Sheyanne, Shannon and Jasmine.

Sandra was full of life and truly embodied the age old wisdom of living every moment like it was her last. She was rich in quality time with friends and family, and especially with her daughters and grandchildren who meant everything to her. She enjoyed travelling, playing golf, pickleball, cards, and going for long drives in the "little car" with Neil, the love of her life and her best friend.

She was an incredibly special woman who loved to bring people together and make anyone she met feel like family. She loved good restaurants and power ballads. Her laugh filled the spaces in every room.

The family will receive friends for visitation at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004, on Monday, July 28, 2025 from 6pm to 8pm. Visitation will continue on Tuesday, July 29, 2025 from 11am until the time of the Funeral Service at 1pm in the Funeral Home Chapel. There will be a celebration of life at Craigowan Golf Course, 595838 Hwy 59 N, RR#6, Woodstock, from 3pm to 6pm to follow.
