Savannah Taylor Matson

Savannah Taylor Matson, affectionately known as "Suni," passed away on October 21, 2025, at Victoria Hospital, London, leaving behind a radiant legacy that will be cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Born on October 18, 1981, in Woodstock, Ontario, Savannah was a beloved daughter, mother, sister, and fiancé whose warmth and positivity brightened every room she entered.

Savannah exemplified the essence of a social butterfly; her spirit brought joy and vibrance to gatherings, and her genuine smile had the power to lift the hearts of those around her. Described as someone who "lit up" a room, she fostered connections wherever she went, leaving a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to cross her path. 

She is survived by her devoted fiancé, Chad Mojak, and her cherished children, Syriss Hallock and Rylee Ziegler-Matson. Savannah is also lovingly remembered by her mother, Lee Ann Matson, and her brother, Spencer Matson, who will carry her memory in their hearts.

Savannah was preceded in death by her father, Dale Matson, who passed away in 2015. Though he is no longer with them, the love they shared continues to resonate in the family.

As we mourn her loss, we celebrate the light that Savannah brought into this world. Her legacy of love and kindness will forever remain etched in the memories of all who knew her.
