SKINNER, Susanne Lee (née Cork)

With grace and serenity, Susanne Lee Skinner passed away peacefully on Friday, June 20, 2025, at the age of 78, surrounded by the love of her family. Beloved wife of Teddy Skinner for 58 wonderful years, Susanne was a devoted partner and true companion in a life rich with love, laughter, and shared memories. She was a loving mother to Allen (David) and Micheal (Stephanie), and a proud grandmother to Cipi, Chloe, Lola, Malcolm, and Caelan, each of whom brought her immense joy and pride. Susanne was the cherished sister of Victor (Mary), Lorraine (Marius), Valeria (late Paul), Janet (Steve), Jennifer (Kirk), and the late Steven. Her presence will also be deeply missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and lifelong friends whose lives she touched with her warmth and kindness. She was predeceased by her loving parents, Clarence and Florence Cork. Susanne’s life was marked by quiet strength, compassion, and a generous heart. Whether through her work, her hobbies, or the moments shared with loved ones, she brought comfort and light to those around her. She will be remembered for her gentle spirit, her listening heart, and her unwavering resilience. Family and friends are invited to gather at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, (519-539-0004), on Thursday, June 26, 2025. Visitation will begin at 1:00 p.m., followed by a Memorial Service at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel. Though she is no longer by our side, Susanne’s love and legacy will forever live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
