At Etobicoke General Hospital on Friday, June 27, 2025, Timothy “Tim” Mark Case, formerly of Woodstock, passed away suddenly but peacefully in his 64th year. Loved brother of Christopher Case and his wife Natasha of Ottawa. Uncle of Annemarie Haughn (Tom) of Embrun, Ontario, and Sara Case of Ottawa. Great-uncle of Liam Haughn. Tim will be sadly missed by his cousins Kathryn Keys (Ernie) of Princeton, Robert Hird (Teena), and Jim Hird (Hetty), all of Oxford Centre. He will also be greatly missed by his best friend, John Sutherland (Sue) of Woodstock, and his dear friend and companion, “Hercules.” Tim was predeceased by his parents Gordon Russell “Bud” Case in 2009 and Kathleen Elizabeth “Betty” Case in 2010. For most of his life Tim lived in Toronto, where he was employed primarily as an Autocad specialist. He was also a long-standing fan of science fiction, especially Star Trek and Star Wars. Cremation has taken place and a private interment for family and close friends will be held at the Presbyterian Cemetery, Woodstock. If desired, donations in memory of Tim can be made to charitable organizations of the donor’s choice.
