Timothy Norman Plester, passed away peacefully on February 13, 2026, at VON Sakura House after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Tim was a kind and generous person whose heart was always on his sleeve.

Tim cherished time spent with his family and friends. He was a devoted father to Christopher and Stephanie and a proud grandpa to his grandson, Oliver. Tim’s spirit was reflected in his affectionate nickname, "King of Hearts," a testament to the love he shared, with Lori Gratton, his partner, true love and confidant. Her children Jamie(Nicholas) Terry and their children will always cherish the times spent with him. Many happy memories were made.

An avid collector, Tim found great pleasure in his antiques and unique collectibles. He was also known as a passionate poker player, enjoying games around the world, and a dedicated fan of the New England Patriots, proudly watching their games.

Tim’s love extended deeply to his five Labrador dogs, who brought him joy and companionship throughout his life. He was a man who embraced life fully, and his travels enriched his experiences and stories, which he loved to share with family and friends.

Tim was preceded in death by his parents, Norm and Lenore Plester, and his brother Terry Plester. Siblings are Rick and Randy Plester. His favourite sister in law Cecile.

As we remember Tim, we celebrate a life filled with kindness, generosity, and a love that touched many hearts. He will be profoundly missed but never forgotten.

There will be no service at this time. A private celebration will be set for a later date. Cremation has taken place.
