Embury, Ada Madalene (April 20, 1921-May 11, 2022)

Ada Madalene passed away peacefully at home, The Maples Home for Seniors, Tavistock on Wednesday May 11, 2022 at the age of 101 years.

Daughter of the late Alexander Lapier and Ella Mae (Lapier) Tucker.

Ada is survived by daughter Myrna Perrin, grandson Shawn (Charlene), granddaughter Pamela and great-grandson Joe. Ada is also survived by her brothers Harold (Bea) Lapier and Robert (Pat) Lapier as well as many nieces and nephews.

Ada was predeceased by her sister Mildred (Lapier) Strathdee, brother in-law, Clifford and brother Ross Lapier and sister-in law Sheila.

Ada was born and raised in Beachville living most of her adult life in Woodstock and spent several years working at Woodstock Private Hospital.

A special thank you to Joan Hergott and the amazing staff at The Maples Home for Seniors for such great care.

A private service was held with Rev. Trevor Whittingham officiating.
