ELLIOTT, Boyd Edward – It is with profound sadness that the family announces the peaceful passing of Boyd, at the Woodstock Hospital, on Saturday, May 28, 2022, in his 67th year, surrounded by the love of his family. Beloved husband of Joanne Elliott (nee Hilderley) for 46 incredible years. Loving father of Katie (Mike) Clark, Jason (Mandi) Elliott, and Lynsey Elliott. Cherished grandfather of Myrah, Zoe, Emma, Brooke, Collin, and Kyle. Dear brother of Pat (Hugh) Chown, Gerald (Vicky) Elliott, and Roger (Ann) Elliott, and brother-in-law to Dave (Trice) Hilderley and Gwen (John) Card. Predeceased by his parents, William and Marion (nee Gray) Elliott, and in-laws Shirley Kelly, Doreen and Allan Hilderley. Boyd will be missed by his canine grands Rosie and Blue, and his many nieces, nephews, and extended family. A celebration of a life well lived will take place at Brock and Visser Funeral Home, Woodstock (519-539-0004), on Thursday, June 2nd, 2022, at 2:00 pm with a visitation with the family starting at 1:00 pm.  In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Woodstock Hospital Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
