HIBNER,  Brian J. “Hib” – Passed away surrounded by his loving family at the Woodstock Hospital on Sunday November 28, 2021 in his 81st year. Beloved husband of the late Joyce A. (nee Maskell) Hibner (2006). Loving father of Julie (Mike) Hibner-Ham and Brenda (Daryl Norton) Douglas. Cherished grandfather of Matthew, Daniel, Wesley, Aleisha, Tyler, Jade, Brody, and great grandfather to Jocelyn and Madison. Dear brother to Dan (Audrey) Hibner. Brian was a firefighter with the Woodstock Fire Department for over 25 years where he retired as Captain.  He was also a local Masonic member with Mercer Wilson Lodge No. 678 A.F. & A.M.  Cremation has taken place. Interment will take place at Oxford Memorial Park Cemetery. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Elmhurst Inn & Spa, Ingersoll, Ontario on Sunday, February 27th, 2022 from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm.  Attendees must have proof of double vaccination and RSVP on the Funeral Home website. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to the Kidney Foundation and may be arranged through the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, Woodstock, 519-539-0004.
