RICKARD, Brian Stanley
Following a courageous battle with cancer, Brian passed away peacefully at Sakura House on April 1 at age 79.

Dearly loved husband and best friend to Nancy Rickard (Philp) for 54 years.  Proud father of Derek (Chantal) and Brad (Heather).  Lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Maxime, Marisol, Hailey and Blake.

Dear brother of Ralph (Sherry) Rickard, Sandra (Bernard) Novak and Ian (Laurie) Rickard.
Brian is also fondly remembered by his brother-in-law Jim (Sue) Philp, Bill (Charlotte) Philp and Cathy (Murray) Lippert - our Vegas travel companions.  Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Brian taught math at College Ave. Secondary School for 28 years and touched many lives while there. Outside of work, Brian enjoyed training and racing standardbred race horses with his partner Bill.  Brian also enjoyed traveling to many places around the world completing his bucket list.

Many thanks to all the Doctors and nurses at the chemo clinic in Woodstock, Care Partners and paramedics.

Cremation has taken place and as per Brian's wishes there will be no visitation or service.
