Catherine Frances Graansma

GRAANSMA Catherine Frances – Went to be with her Lord in the early hours of Sunday November 15th, 2020. Cathy was in her 53rd year. Much loved wife of Peter for over 32 years. Cherished mother to Jenna (Ted) Vandersluis, Bronson Graansma and Sierra Graansma. Loving grandmother to Caleb and Simon. Cathy will be sadly missed by her brothers Ray (Tetcy) DeBoer, Paul (Yueh-Chin Ma) DeBoer and sister Sharon (Daniel) Mainville. Cathy leaves behind her parents Oscar and Alice DeBoer and in-laws Gerrit and Janna Graansma along with several nieces and nephews.  Friends are invited to join the family for a time of visitation at the Maranatha Christian Reformed Church, 735 Frontenac Cres., Woodstock on Friday November 20, 2020 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8pm and again on Saturday from 10 to 11am where the funeral will take place at 11am.  If desired, memorial contributions to VON Sakura House or a charity of one’s choice would be appreciated and may be arranged through the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, (519)-539-0004.
