Cornelius Klassen

KLASSEN, Cornelius – Passed away peacefully at his home with the love of family by his side on Friday, November 11th, 2022. Cornelius was in his 87th year. Much loved husband of Katarina Klassen for over 64 years. Beloved father of Helen Bailey (Brian Pearson), Rick (Carol) Klassen, Ann Dennis, Jake Klassen (Kelly Oud), Neil (Linda) Klassen and George (Sarah) Klassen. Cherished grandfather of 16 and great grandfather of 10. Cornelius is also remembered by many nieces and nephews and is predeceased by his parents Jake and Helen Klassen. Cornelius was employed at Timberjack for over 35 years. Friends and relatives are invited to join the family for visitation on Monday, November 14th, from 12pm to 1pm at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock. The funeral service will take place on Monday at 1pm in the chapel. If desired, memorial contributions to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or a charity of one’s choice would be appreciated and may be arranged through the funeral home.
