Gerald "Jerry" Lloyd Trewartha

Trewartha, Gerald Lloyd - Better known as “Jerry” to all who knew him, passed away peacefully at Sakura House in Woodstock on September 14, 2019, at the age of 63 after a courageous battle with cancer. Jerry will be forever remembered and missed by his wife and best friend of 42 years, Katherine (nee Lynes); their son, Robert (Angela), and his beloved grandchildren, Sean, Conor, and Maeve; his sister Janice Crampton-Cass (Dave) and her children Michael (Melynda) Crampton, Patrick (Alicia) Crampton, and Ryan (Billie) Crampton; his brother Ronald (Joanne) Trewartha and his children Kenneth and Anne Trewartha; his mother-in-law Barbara Lynes; his brother-in-law John (Roxanne) Lynes, and their children Samantha (Justin) Vanderwoude and Bradley (Paige Cameron) Lynes; his brother-in-law Matthew (Marlene) Lynes and their children Chelsea (Garrit) Post and Tyler (Amy Schut) Lynes; and his beloved dog and companion, Ellie-Mae. He will also be forever remembered by his great-nieces and nephews, family and friends, and anyone who had the chance to know him. Jerry loved being surrounded by family and friends and will be missed by all of us. Friends and relatives are invited to join the family at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, on Wednesday, September 18, 2019, from 6-8 pm. A funeral service will be held on the following day, Thursday, September 19, 2019, in the funeral home chapel at 2 pm.
