Baby Jack Charles Waite

Jack passed away peacefully a few hours after his birth on Tuesday, August 24, 2021 in his parents’ loving arms at London Victoria Hospital.

Jack will be remembered lovingly by his parents Jeffrey & Stephanie Waite, big sister Annaliese, and big brother Oliver. He will be missed by grandparents John & Penny DeYoung, Jeff Christie, Rick & Pat Waite, and the late Diane Waite. Jack will also be missed by Uncle Chad & Aunt Lauren Willemsen and cousins Cole, Sadie, Reise, Bennett and Shea, Uncle Michael & Aunt Michelle Waite and cousin Sophie, and Uncle Tyler Pascuzzo and Aunt Shelsey Pascuzzo. Baby Jack will also be loved and remembered by his extended family. 

Family will be having a private service at Hillview Cemetery on Friday, August 27. Donations may be made in Jack’s memory to the Children’s Hospital in London.
