Jean May (Bradnam) Schwass

Jean May Schwass (nee Bradnam) passed away peacefully at the Woodstock Hospital in the early hours of Monday, December 26th, 2022, in her 93rd year. Beloved wife of the late David Schwass. Loving mother of Julia, Jim, and Barb. Jean was born May 3rd, 1930 in Toronto and moved to Woodstock at the age of 2. Jean worked at Harvey Woods and Bell. Then she stayed home to raise the children before going to work for the United Way. Jean was a devoted  member of Old St. Paul's Church and the Anglican Church Women. She also volunteered for the YMCA, Probus and attending Learning Unlimited. A memorial service will be held at Old St. Paul's Church, 723 Dundas St, Woodstock, on Saturday, December 31st, 2022. Visitation at 10:00 am with the service to follow at 11:00 am. If desired memorial contributions to United Way or the ACW.
