John Hollis Obituary

Hollis, John Walter – Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 4th, 2020, at the Alexandra Hospital, Ingersoll, in his 81st year. Beloved Husband of Anne Hollis (Cooper). Cherished father of Chuck (Heather) and Sharon and stepfather to Steven (Kellie), Jeff and Brad (Anna). Proud grandfather of Aeriel, Hunter, and Nicholas and step grandfather to Skylar, Rebecca, Shannon, Tanner, Sarah, Megan and Leah. Dearly missed by his extended family members in England. John was a dedicated and long-time member of the First Baptist Church in Ingersoll. He was a talented singer and enjoyed his time spent with the Embro Thistle Singers. Cremation has taken place and a private memorial service is being held at the First Baptist Church, Ingersoll. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the First Baptist Church would be appreciated and may be arranged through the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, Woodstock (519-539-0004).
