Kirk Butler

BUTLER, Douglas “Kirk” – After a 10-month battle with brain cancer, Kirk passed away surrounded by his loving family on Sunday, March 28th, 2021 in his 56th year. Beloved son of the late Paul (2014) and Anne (2019) Butler. Cherished husband of Lori Bage-Butler. Beloved father of Dylan, Holly, and Jaden. Dear big brother of Scott (Stacey) and Michael (Linda). Son-in-law of Robin and John Repasy, and Niveria and the late Harry (2016) Bage. Brother-in-law of Cheryl Bage. Adored uncle of Tyler, Ashley, Savannah, Kristopher, Adrianne, and Jordanne. Lovingly remembered by his aunts, uncles, and cousins. Kirk retired from GM Cami Assembly in 2020 after more than 30 years of service. He was loved and respected by everyone who knew him. Friends and relatives are invited to join the family at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 177 Dundas St. W., Thamesford (519-285-2427) on Friday, April 2nd from   2-4 PM and 6-8 PM (Visitors must R.S.V.P. online at www.brockandvisser.com in advance). A private family service will be held the following day and a public celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
