Mary Avleen Rogers

ROGERS, Mary Avleen (nee Eckhardt) - Peacefully at her residence, on May 24, 2022, Mary Rogers of PeopleCare, Tavistock, formerly of Innerkip, in her 97th year. Beloved wife of the late Willis Rogers (2002).  Dear Mother of Larry Rogers and his wife Margaret of Thornbury and Don and his wife Kathy of Bright.  Much loved grandmother of Kristopher (Hilary) of Innerkip, and Lindsay of Bright. Mary was predeceased by her parents, John & Alice Eckhardt (nee Ostrander), and by seven brothers and sisters, Martha Dingwall (Frank), Alice Randall (Harold), Ada Wells (Jack), Edna Bowman (Orville), Sadie Morrison (Bill), Andruss Eckhardt (Doris), Joseph Eckhardt (Phyllis). Mary was a member of Innerkip United Church.  A family service was conducted by Reverend Karen Willis on May ​27th. 2022 with burial at Innerkip Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to Brock and Visser Funeral Home, Woodstock (519-539-0004).
