Robert "Bob" Joseph Neary

NEARY, Robert J. – Born on Bell Island, Newfoundland, November 6th, 1946, passed away August 26th, 2021, at the Woodstock Hospital after a short illness. Predeceased by both parents Patrick and Veronica Neary (Murphy). Bob leaves behind his wife of 41 years Sherry Marie (Randall) and 3 children Katherine Marie Neary of Gander Newfoundland, Joseph Douglas Neary (Monique) of Ingersoll, and Peter Johnathan Neary (Kayla) of Halifax, Nova Scotia. Loving Poppa to Zeke, Orin, Kaitlyn, Connor, and Evelyn. Brother to Frank, Patricia, Jean, Constance, Barbara, Sonja, William, Madonna, Margaret, and Patrick Jr.. After retiring he enjoyed working with his hands, crafting many projects, solving puzzle books, and sitting on his balcony in his home-made deck chairs enjoying the views. Cremation has taken place. Family and friends are invited to gather at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home for a time of visitation on Wednesday September 1st at 10am with a service to follow in the chapel at 11am.
