Watt, Robert “Bob” John– It is with great sadness we announce the passing Robert “Bob” John Watt on Saturday, April 24th, 2021 at the age of 83 at VON Sakura House. Cherished husband of 58 years to Patricia (née Allin) Watt. Daughters Amanda Watt and Valerie (Wayne) Gee. Grandchildren Ashley (Dan Maxwell) Watt, Ryan Schultz, Rachel (Ben) Ficht, and Chad (Maegan) Gee. Great granddaughters Chelsea and Kenzie Maxwell. He leaves behind his sisters Esther (Robert) Walton and Sally (Roger) Murray. Brother-in-law Bud (Carolyn) Allin and sister-in-law Valerie Allin of Parksville, B.C. He will be remembered by his nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents William and Mary Watt, brother David Watt, sister Patricia (Alvin) Nadalin, brothers-in-law Charlie (Dorothy) Allin and Brock Allin. Sister-in-law Darlene (Don), niece Linda Nadalin and nephews Richard Nadalin, Wayne Allin, David Sutherland, Allin Sutherland and Bryan Matheson. Bob enjoyed the company of his neighbours. He liked to feed and watch the birds in winter. He loved fishing and camping with his grandchildren. Cremation has taken place. He’s gone fishing. A private family service will be held at a later date. If desired, memorial contributions to VON Sakura House would be appreciated and may be arranged through the Brock and Visser Funeral Home.
