Ruth Ann (Henderson) Day

Day - Henderson, Ruth - Passed away peacefully at the Woodstock Hospital, on Sunday, March 7th, 2021, in her 75th year. Cheryl (John) Boll and Cathy Day are deeply saddened to announce the loss of their beloved mother. Ruth was the only daughter of the late Myron (2003) and Helen (2005) Henderson. She was much loved sister of the late Jim (2017) Henderson (Donna), Ron Henderson (late Donna – 2004), late Bob (2015) Henderson (Connie) and Keith Henderson (Janice). Dearest Aunt to Ken (Michelle), Joanne, Mike (Becci), Karen, Kevin (Katie), Kyle (Sam) and special Aunt to Ethan, Colton, Jake, Leah, Jade, Blaine, Elliott, Emmett, Graham, Kenny, and Ashley.   Predeceased by her dear friend Norm (2015). Family always came first, and her passing has left a void that cannot be filled.  Ruth enjoyed her time boat cruising at the cottage along Whitestone Lake and relaxing with a glass of wine afterwards on the deck.  A private family service was held at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 177 Dundas St., Thamesford, 519-285-2427. Cremation took place. If desired, memorial contributions to the Canadian Cancer Society, Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario or a charity of choice would be gratefully appreciated.
