Ruth Hazel (Perry) Spriel

SPRIEL, Ruth H. – Peacefully passed away surrounded by family at Woodstock Hospital on Friday October 15, 2021. Ruth Hazel (nee Perry) Spriel of Woodstock in her 86th year. Ruth is survived by her husband and love of her life, John Spriel whom she had been blessedly married to for over 60 years and 3 weeks. Cherished Mom, Grammy, and Great Grammy to Heather (Mark) Kennedy and their family Laura and Nathan (Hudson, Cohen) Malbrecht, Sarah and Steve (Sydney, Summer) Radcliffe; Brian (Deb) Spriel and their family Jenny Tennant; Clarence (Tammy) Spriel and their family Nathen, Annika and Allea. Predeceased by her parents Fred and Hazel (nee Wright) Perry. Friends are welcome to join the family at Emmanuel Reformed Church, 170 Clarke St N, Woodstock on Tuesday October 19, 2021, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am where the funeral service will be held in the Sanctuary on Tuesday at 11:00 am with Reverend Peter Burrill officiating. Visitors are asked to RSVP their attendance on the funeral home website.  Interment in the Oxford Memorial Park Cemetery.
