HECKER Sharon Marie: 

 Sunrise February 25, 1950 – Sunset March 30, 2021.

After a lingering illness Sharon Marie Hecker, age 71 passed away peacefully March 30th, 2021 in Woodstock, ON. Sharon was born February 25th, 1950 in Listowel, ON.  Loving mother of Yvette Pond and her husband Ronnie of Woodstock, Michelle Jackson and her husband Sean of Woodstock, Marie VanBonn of London and stepdaughter Jennifer Smith and her husband Gary of Simcoe.  Cherished gramma of Trey, Tristan, Tressa, Abigail and Ethan.  Dear sister of Lisa Widdifield and Gerry Forman.  Predeceased by her late husband John Hecker (2012) and her brother Paul Forman.  The sunset on Sharon was with her being wrapped in the arms of her daughter Yvette with family and her best friend Dorothy beside her. Sharon lived by the quote “It is what it is”, all the way to the end.  Her talent for cross stitching was amazing and she loved travelling and volunteering in her free time. Sharon was always up for a good card game and she was for sure to win.  Laughing and dancing with family and friends was something she loved.  Now you can dance pain free.   “Keep shining bright so I can always see you at night”. Cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be held at later date. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to V.O.N.
