Shirley Joy (Wiseman) Wood

WOOD, Shirley J. – Passed away at the Woodstock Hospital on Wednesday June 8, 2022, in her 85th year. Beloved wife of Charles W. Wood for over 61 years. Loving mother of Joyanne Wood, Joel (Tabitha) Wood and Jill Wood. Cherished grandmother of Jessica, Caleb, Dakota, and Samantha. Dear sister to Ray (late Anna) Wiseman and aunt to four nephews. Predeceased by her son Jeff (1997), Brother Harry Wiseman (1978) and grandson Jason Wood (1980). Shirley was a long-time member of Oxford Centre United Church and the UCW. Friends and relatives are invited to join the family to celebrate Shirleys life at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Sunday June 12, 2022, from 2 -4 pm. Cremation has taken place. A private interment will take place in the Oxford Centre Pioneer Cemetery.  If desired, memorial contributions to the Woodstock Hospital Palliative Care Unit would be appreciated.
