Beloved wife of the late Frank “Barney” Birtch (2009). Dear mother of Jean Smart and her husband Alan and Mark Birtch and his wife Karen. Loved grandmother of David Smart (Melissa), Dawn Dykeman (Donald), Steven Oosterveld, Ross Birtch (Jenna Piper), Jillyan Birtch, Garrett Birtch (Isabel Stanley) and great grandmother of many. Dear sister of Jean (late Mac) Holland. Predeceased by her daughter Marilyn Oosterveld (2015), her son Ross Birtch (2019), sister Marion (Chuck) Norman, her brothers Alexander (Gwen), Allan (Madeline), and Neil (Nancy). Marjorie will be missed by many extended family and friends. Marjorie was a longtime member of Order of Eastern Star #199 in Innerkip, since 1948. Friends and relatives are invited to join the family at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004, on Sunday, April 14th, 2024, from 3 to 5 pm, where the funeral service will be held in the chapel on Monday, April 15th, 2024 at 11:00 am with Pastor Nancy Vandenberghe officiating.
